Nexlar Shipping Policy
Orders generally ship within 1 business day providing stock is available*. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, shortly after your order has been placed. Please note this is not a shipping notice but. We will e-mail you a second time with a shipping notice/invoice to let you know that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We invite you to log into your account online anytime to view the status of all of your orders. Orders that have incomplete or invalid shipping address may be delayed. Nexlar will attempt to contact the customer for an update on the shipping address. Orders that require manual billing or shipping address verification will be delayed until a proper billing confirmation document is provided.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this won’t always be the same day as your order. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will notify you. If you have any questions on a specific item’s lead time, please contact us at [email protected] or call281-407-0768 with any questions. All of our orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery times typically range between 2 – 8 business days (UPS Ground). We do have an expedited shipping service (UPS Ground – Priority Processing) available for an additional fee. Please be aware delivery times are estimated based on the point and time of pickup from one of our warehouses.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States over $300. Orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska or Hawaii may have longer delivery times. This offer does not apply to international orders.

Order Processing Times
Our business hours are 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Central Standard Time). Monday through Friday but our cut off is at 1 PM CST. Any orders placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next business day. Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an e-mail confirming it. If, for some reason, you do not accept that e-mail, please check your spam folder to see if you can locate it.
Lost or Damaged Shipping
If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, a claim with be submitted to the shipping company. Refunds, replacements, or credit will be applied at the conclusion of the claim and not before. Nexlar works with reputable 3rd party shipping companies that have a record of proven performance and good customer service. By default we DO NOT create shipments that require a signature upon delivery or insurance to keep customer costs lowered. However, customers can request to be quoted for signed delivery and/or Insurance at the time of order placement. Unfortunately things do not always go perfectly for any company, including those that ship our products. Nexlar is ultimately not liable for any damages or errors made by any 3rd party shipping company. As such, Nexlar will rely upon a shipping company’s investigation to determine fault and any replacement or refund values regarding any missing or damaged equipment.
International Shipping
Option 1: You send labels. We do not create labels or fill out any paperwork using this option, but we provide any shipping information you might need including weights, dimensions, and export numbers and you contact your shipping company and ask them to send our shipping department PREMADE shipping labels. Shipping costs are negotiated with your shipping company of choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc). We recommend this option.
Option 2: We create labels. Shipping costs are calculated by us using your shipping address and DHL Express and we provide tracking information. This option is slightly more expensive but requires less work on your part because we handle the entire process. Delivery for this option is approximately 2 weeks after confirming payment.
Please note that we can also ship to a freight forwarder in the US at no additional cost. We do not accept credit cards for international orders. Only wire transfers are accepted. Wire transfers are received 2 to 3 business days after submitting the payment through your bank. The equipment is shipped once the wire transfer has cleared. There is a $25 wire transfer fee for any international order under $1000. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
Signature Requirement
All items are shipped signature required if possible; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us via e-mail or call 281-407-0768 and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. A product that is determined to be damaged or defective must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date. Damage to the product that is determined to be the result of misuse, abuse, accident or modification not authorized by Nexlar or the manufacturer are exceptions to the above terms.

To the best of our knowledge, all products advertised were available and current when added to this site, however, all these products are subject to the manufacturer’s availability. Please be advised that manufacturers do change prices and discontinue products as they deem fit, and we are not always made aware of these changes in time to update our website to reflect this condition.
