The Model WDG-ELE-1200 is a DoD-certified Electric Wedge Barrier, tested to ASTM F2656-07 M50 standards. Stops a 15,000 lbs. vehicle impact at 50 mph. All electric systems with a robust actuator (high-cycle capability). Custom control panels, traffic signals, alarms, warning lights, signs, and safety loops to meet final denial requirements and customer needs. Controls to raise or lower in 5 seconds. Ability to deploy in 2 seconds. PLC-controlled logic allows for field adjustments for the timing of electronics, alarms, and sequencing of lights. This Wedge was tested at 10′, with options for multiple wedges across the roadway.
