Description:

The Larson Electronics EPSN-HRN-PA-AT-MOD1 Explosion Proof Horn provides a powerful, audible alarm system for Class I, Division 1 & 2 and Class II, Division 2 facilities. The unit offers multiple tones, a programmable timer and multiple voltage options. This explosion proof device is constructed of aluminum and fiberglass for durability in rugged environments.

The EPSN-HRN-PA-AT-MOD1 provides operators in hazardous locations with an effective and powerful alert/signal system that can withstand demanding conditions and be heard over the operation of industrial machinery. This unit includes 8 different tones which can reach a peak output of 110dBA and can be remotely operated for priority alerts. A programmable timer ensures accurate and automated operation of once per hour from 6:30AM to 5:30PM. Voltage options include 120-240V AC or 24V DC.

The housing on this horn is constructed of heavy duty aluminum and the horn is formed from fiberglass. The entire unit is finished in a durable grey powder coat for resistance to corrosion. This weatherproof/dustproof system is NEMA 4X and marine rated for wet environments.

Wiring/Mounting: Mounting for the industrial horn is facilitated by a sturdy omni-directional mounting bracket. The bracket ensures secure mounting on flat surfaces and allows vertical adjustment of the horn for secure placement and optimum sound direction. Operators are provided access to one, 1/2″ NPT hub for completing wiring connections.
